Description
Finally! A tape dispenser you can use with one hand without tipping over. We've been hunting for a multi-wheel tape dispenser that would handle anything we threw at it: binding tape, fretboard tape, double stick tape, sandpaper rolls, whatever you've got. After a long search we finally nailed it! This baby is 4″ wide (101.6mm), super heavy duty, and has three independent wheels. The tape rolls off smooth and the razor sharp blade will slice through anything (including your fingers, so be careful!).
Our luthiers are obsessed with this dispenser. During development they kept stealing our samples and wouldn't give them back. That's how we knew we had a winner. We started with the idea that you would use it with one hand; essential when you are working fast when binding a guitar. The razor-sharp blade makes clean, precise cuts without tipping or sliding. Also, using a tape dispenser versus using loose rolls of tape, keeps the edges clean, minimizing the gunk it picks up that ends up on your workpiece.
Features:
• Three independent 1″ wide cores. You can use one, two, or three tapes at the same time
• Works with industry standard 3″ tape cores
• Heavy weight: won't tip over so you can use it with one hand
• Tall enough to hold large rolls
• Extra sharp blade with safety cover
• Quick change core: change sizes or types of tape in seconds
• Grip on bottom to prevent sliding
We sell both the StewMac orange multi-purpose tape and brown binding tape separately, both in three different widths per roll and as a set of three. This enables you to fill your tape deck with the exact tapes you use most.
